By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to all of the following terms:
ART USAGE
I have the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio for promotional purposes. (If you’re not comfortable with me posting your commission, please let me know beforehand.)
Please remember to properly credit me whenever you post the commissioned artwork, such as when using it as a profile picture, sharing it on social media and similars.
The artwork is for personal use only; If you wish to use it for any commercial purposes, please inform me beforehand.
NOT ALLOWED Selling or reselling my artwork without permission, removing my watermark, using my artwork in AI training/generation, NFTs, or similars.
FOR DIGITAL COMMERCIAL USE: Additional 50% of the original price.
FOR COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISE USE: Additional 100% of the original price.
COMMISSION PROCESS
The client must provide complete and detailed references, along with a thorough description of the character to create the artwork.
During the sketch phase, the client may request changes and revisions.
After the sketch has been approved, big changes (such as hairstyle/style, complete outfit changes, or gender changes) will incur an additional fee..
Small changes will be made free of charge.
Estimated turnaround time: 1–3 weeks (this may vary depending on your position in the waiting list).
PAYMENT
Payment may be made with a 50% upfront before I start the commission and the remaining 50% after the sketch has been approved. Full payment upfront is also accepted.
Payments are accepted via PayPal.
The client may request a full (100%) refund before I start working on the commission. If a refund is requested after the sketch has been completed, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued once the artwork has been fully completed.
If I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe or for any other reason, I will contact the client and issue a full refund. The client has also the rights to contact me asking for a refund in this situation.
